Shandong Hengfeng Rubber & Plastic Co., Ltd. has its own power plant and tyre manufacturing equipment factory, and owns four production facilities in Dongying city, a TBR factory able to produce up to 4 million tyres annually, and a PCR facility with an annual production level of 12 million tyres. The company exports tyres to all major and several minor international markets.
